TYSONS CORNER, VA, October 3, 2018 Mitre and the Food and Drug Administration have developed a guide that aims to help healthcare service providers establish preparedness and response measures for medical devices amid cybersecurity threats, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.
The nonprofit research firm said Monday the Medical Device Cybersecurity Regional Incident Preparedness and Response Playbook provides a framework for the cybersecurity of medical technology platforms and continuity of clinical operations in an effort to ensure patient safety.
