Ann Addison
Ann Addison, executive vice president and chief human resources officer of Leidos (NYSE: LDOS), has been elected by Northrop Grumman‘s (NYSE: NOC) board of directors to succeed Denise Peppard as CHRO beginning on Jan 1.
Northrop said Wednesday Addison will take on a transitional role as corporate VP when she formally joins the company on Oct. 22 and will report to incoming CEO Kathy Warden.
Peppard, who has held the CHRO role over the past seven years, is due to retire from the Falls Church, Va.-based defense firm by March of next year.
Addison joined Leidos two years ago upon its merger with Lockheed Martin‘s (NYSE: LMT) former information systems and global solutions business, where she previously led HR operations.
She also worked at Global eXchange Services and General Electric in HR leadership positions.
