SPA-Envisioneering JV Lands RDT&E Work Under $28B DTIC-IAC Contract; William Vantine Quoted

TYSONS CORNER, VA, September 20, 2018 ” A joint venture between Systems Planning and Analysis and Envisioneering has secured a position to vie for work under a potential $28B Defense Department contract for research, development, evaluation and test support services, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.

SPA said Sept. 13 the JV was named a contractor under Pool 2 of the Defense Technical Information Center – Information Analysis Center vehicle, which also calls for R&D-related analytical services through 2027.
