The U.S. Navy has selected four contractors to provide emerging positioning, navigation and timing technologies to power command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance applications.
The Navy received four proposals for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee multi-award procurement vehicle, which has a two-year base term and one three-year option.

Coherent Technical Services $12.1M base value and $31M ceiling value
Riverside Engineering $14.4M base value and $37.1M ceiling value
Solute $9.9M base value and $25.4M ceiling value
Whitney, Bradley & Brown $10.5M base value and $26.8M ceiling value
Work will take place in San Diego and could extend through 2023 if all contract options are exercised.
