TYSONS CORNER, VA, August 16, 2018 CAE has named John Manley, a former deputy prime minister of Canada and current president and CEO of the Business Council of Canada, as chairman of the board of directors, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.
The company said Tuesday Manley, who has served as an independent director since 2008, will succeed James Hankinson, who has retired after five years as chairman and more than 20 years as a director.
Norton Schwartz, retired U.S. Air Force general and CEO of the nonprofit Business Executives for National Security, has also been elected into the CAE board as an independent director.
