TYSONS CORNER, VA, August 10, 2018 ” Lockheed Martin™s (NYSE: LMT) Sikorsky subsidiary has registered with the Federal Aviation Administration a proposed coaxial helicopter that it is developing with Boeing (NYSE: BA) for the U.S. Army, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.
The proposed SB-1 Defiant has been registered as S-100 with FAA five months after the Boeing-Sikorsky team started testing the aircraft in preparation for its initial flight under the Army™s Joint Multi-Role Technology Demonstrator program, Vertical reported Wednesday.
