Equinix's Government Business Completes Integration of Verizon’s Terremark Data Centers; David Peed Comments

TYSONS CORNER, VA, July 24, 2018 ” Equinix‘s (Nasdaq: EQIX) government solutions arm has completed its integration of Verizon™s former business unit Terremark Federal Group, marking the closure of Equinix™s $3.6 billion acquisition of 29 data centers from Verizon, ExecutiveBiz reported July 17.

Equinix said TFG will serve to expand its contract vehicles and help deliver data center platforms and interconnection services to federal agencies and civilian research and education customers.
