Warden oversees the integration of Northrops new innovation systems business after the company closed its approximately $9.2 billion purchase of Orbital ATK in June.
She has held senior leadership positions since joining Northrop in 2008, such as vice president and general manager of the firms cyber business and president of mission systems and information systems sectors.
