Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) has received a $503.2 million delivery order modification to provide F-35 air vehicle spares to the U.S. Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and non-Defense Department participants.
DoD said Friday the modification covers deployment and afloat spares packages and associated consumables needed to meet the delivery schedules for the aircraft.
The Naval Air Systems Command awarded the company a $482 million order in March to fund the procurement of air vehicle spares.
