TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 31, 2018 — Booz Allen Hamilton’s (NYSE: BAH) senior executives consider talent recruitment and retention as an opportunity to boost the company’s future growth, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.
The McLean, Va.-based government technology services provider intends to hire additional employees with technical skills and security clearances to support the Vision 2020 strategy, which aims to integrate its consulting experience with analytics, cyber, engineering and digital capabilities, The Washington Business Journal reported Tuesday.
“We feel really good about our overall capacity to attract and retain the right kind of talent,” Booz Allen CEO Horacio Rozanski told analysts during an earnings call.
