Christopher Kubasik
Christopher Kubasik, president and CEO of L3 Technologies (NYSE: LLL), has succeeded Michael Strianese as chairman of the New York City-based defense contractor’s board of directors.
Kubasik said in a statement released Monday he will continue to work with L3’s board and management team to implement business transformation and growth efforts.
He joined the company in 2015 as president and chief operating officer, then assumed the CEO position in January.
His three-decade industry career also includes leadership roles at Seabury Advisory Group, Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) and Ernst & Young.
He serves on the Aerospace Industries Association’s executive committee and board of governors, and as a member of the National Defense Industrial Association, Air Force Association, Association of the U.S. Army and Navy League.
