TYSONS CORNER, VA, April 23, 2018 The U.S. Navy has granted Boeing (NYSE: BA) an $18.8 million, cost-plus-fixed-fee delivery order to embed Tactical Operational Flight Trainer sensor software updates to the service branchs F/A-18E/F and EA-18G aircraft, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.
The Chicago, Illinois-based technology company will also identify requirements, install updated software, supply complementary spare parts and carry out other related services under the delivery order, the Defense Departmentsaid Thursday.
Work will be performed in Texas, Missouri, California, Florida, Maryland, Washington, Virginia and Japan through July 2021.
