TYSONS CORNER, VA, April 11, 2018 ” Advanced Concepts and Technologies International‘s flagship program to support the F-35 Joint Program Office is a finalist for the Small and Emerging Contractors Advisory Forum’s “Government Project of the Year” award for 2018, GovCon Executive reported Thursday.
