TYSONS CORNER, VA, April 5, 2018 ” Iridium Communications‘ (Nasdaq: IRDM) recently launched batch of Iridium NEXT satellites is now in the pre-operational testing and validation phase with all systems said to be functioning nominally, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.
The company said Tuesday the 10 satellites launched Friday aboard a Falcon 9 rocket with a reused stage brought the NEXT constellation to 50 satellites, with 25 left to launch this year as part of a technology refresh.
