TYSONS CORNER, VA, March 28, 2018 ” Siemens Government Technologies, a subsidiary of Siemens, has received a $2.36 million contract to help the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians install, operate and maintain a 2,000-photovoltaic solar panel array near Murphy, North Carolina, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.
Siemens said Thursday the structure will work to supply renewable power to four buildings with more than 155,000 square feet of space under the project, which is expected to be operational in March 2019.
