TYSONS CORNER, VA, March 22, 2018 A team comprised of Boeing (NYSE: BA), General Dynamics (NYSE: GD), Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) and Raytheon (NYSE: RTN) has moved to update the network that links the elements of the U.S. ballistic missile defense system, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.
Industry team lead Lockheed said Tuesday the modernization of the Command, Control, Battle Management and Communications system covers the development, test and deployment of track processing, sensor and battle management algorithms in efforts to bolster missile defense planning and accelerate operational response.
