TYSONS CORNER, VA, March 13, 2018 Orbital ATK (NYSE: OA) is working to build a new rocket technology as part of its entry in the U.S. Air Force‘s Next Generation Launch program that seeks launch vehicles for future national security, science and commercial missions, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.
KSL reported Sunday that assembly of the rocket motors is based at Orbital ATK’s facility in Promontory, Utah, with static tests for the proposed NGL system in 2019 and a test launch in 2020.
