The popular vote for the Wash100 continues this week! Voting turn out has been strong since the January 25th launch of the popular vote, and all of us at Executive Mosaic extend our gratitude towards those who have participated. The 2018 Wash100 popular vote will be open until April 30th, so if you would like to place your ten votes for the executives that you believe will have the greatest influence on the government contracting landscape over the course of the next year, you can visit the Wash100 voting page to make your voice heard.

This week weâre going to take a look at the recent executive moves that took place in the govcon marketplace. Executive moves from the past month include:
Wayne Lucernoni joining ASRC Federal as president of information systems and technology
Lynn Dugle being elected as chairman of Engilityâs board of directors
John Colemanâs appointment to president of Peratonâs homeland security sector
Bradley Feldmann, Cubic Corporation CEO and president, being named board chairman
Pamela Drew joining Sercoâs U.S. board of directors
David Myers being named as president of Peratonâs communications sector
ASRC Federal announced on March 7th that Wayne Lucernoni had been selected as president of the companyâs information systems and technology division. In his new role, Lucernoni will be responsible for overseeing strategy, programming and technical oversight for the business unit. Mark Gray, president and CEO of ASRC Federal and 2018 Wash100 recipient, said that Lucernoni âbrings a wealth of customer knowledge and experienceâ to the company. Prior to joining ASRC Federal, Lucernoni served as president of mission sustainment and IT services at Harris Corporation.
On March 1st, Engility announced that Lynn Dugle, president and CEO, had been elected as chairman of the companyâs board of directors. Dugle succeeds co-chairs Peter Marino and David Savner and will continue to serve as both president and CEO of the company. Dugle, a 2018 Wash100 recipient, has served on the Engility board of directors since 2015 and has served as CEO since 2016.
Peraton announced on February 27th that John Coleman had been named president of the companyâs homeland security sector. Coleman, who previously served as president of the investigative service group at Omniplex World Services, will be responsible for overseeing the Peraton business unitâs programs and growth efforts for federal customers. Stu Shea, Peraton president and CEO and 2018 Wash100 recipient, said that Colemanâs âextensive experience in program management, business management and customer relations will be an assetâ as the company works to fulfill homeland security customer missions.
On February 19th, Cubic Corporation announced that Bradley Feldmann, president andCEO, was selected to succeed Walter Zable as chairman of the companyâs board of directors. Since his appointment to president and CEO in 2014, Feldmann has led the companyâs strategic growth efforts and has built up its defense and transportation businesses. Feldmann has also served on the companyâs board of directors since 2014.
Serco Inc. announced on February 15th that Pamela Drew, former EVP and president of information systems business at Exelis, had joined the board of directors of Sercoâs North American arm. Dave Dacquino, chairman and CEO of Serco, said that Drewâs âdynamic track record⦠will be a great asset for Serco.â Drew has held senior leadership roles at multiple defense and aerospace contractors such as Engilityâs TASC subsidiary, Northrop Grumman and Boeing. Drew currently serves as VP of the board of trustees at the U.S. Air Force Museum Foundation and as a board member of the University of Washington Applied Physics Lab.
On February 8th, David Myers was named as president of Peratonâs communications sector.  Myers, who formerly served as president and CEO of DataPath, will be responsible for developing and implementing Peratonâs communications services strategy. Stu Shea, president and CEO and 2018 Wash100 recipient, noted that Myersâ industry experience will bolster the companyâs strategic approach to expand operations in the global satellite and communications marketplaces.
