TYSONS CORNER, VA, Feb. 14, 2018 ” Dun & Bradstreet (NYSE: DNB) has named former lead director Thomas Manning chairman, and he will also serve as interim CEO while the board of directors’ nominating and governance committee finds a permanent CEO, GovCon Executive reported Tuesday.
The company said Monday Manning will work with former chairman and CEO Robert Carrigan in the transition process, as James Fernandez takes the lead director seat on the board.
