TYSONS CORNER, VA, Feb. 2, 2018 ” L3 Technologies (NYSE: LLL) has rolled out the first HC-130J production aircraft integrated with the updated Minotaur mission system suite and delivered the unit to the U.S. Coast Guard for its long-range surveillance operations, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.
The company said Wednesday its aerospace systems unit performed and tested the aircraft modification as part of a five-year contract while the customer supplied the MSS+ system that the Coast Guard jointly developed with the U.S. Navy.
