Arlington, Virginia-based Blackstone Federal is the firms government technology consulting services practice that was established in 2002 to deliver engineering, creative design and transformation support to federal agency clients.
Kesteloot joined Blackstone Technology in 2009 with over 20 years of technology and program experience in both federal and commercial marketplaces.
Prior to Blackstone, he held management roles at ThotWave Technologies and Integrated Concepts & Research Corp.
