TYSONS CORNER, VA, Jan. 5, 2018 Orbital ATK (NYSE: OA) has begun full-rate production of hard-target void-sensing fuze assemblies for the U.S. Air Force under a $23 million initial contract, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.
The company said Wednesday its FMU-167/B HTVSF is all-electronic and features sensors as well as hardened electronics, which have undergone intensive tests to support warfighter performance against tactical targets.
