A Yulista Holding subsidiary has secured a potential three-year, $264 million contract to help NASA operate and maintain aircraft at multiple agency facilities.
Yulista Tactical Services will provide aircraft maintenance and flight operations services as well as engineering and operational support for airframes, engines and support equipment, NASA said Tuesday.
The Aircraft Maintenance, Logistics, Integration, Configuration Management and Engineering contract has an 18-month base period that will commence on March 1, a one-year option period and an additional 15-month option.
Locations of work include the Langley Research Center in Hampton, Virginia; Johnson Space Center in Ellington Field, Houston; and an El Paso, Texas forward operating location.
Huntsville, Alabama-based YTS holds Small Business Administration 8(a) certification and offers aviation and ground vehicle maintenance and modification, live and virtual training, security and logistics support services to military and federal civilian customers.
