TYSONS CORNER, VA, Nov. 15, 2017 Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) has secured a 100-percent rating in the Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s 2018 Corporate Equality Index report on workplace equality, diversity and inclusion, GovCon Executive reported Friday.
The company said Thursday it also earned the designation as a “Best Place to Work for LGBTQ Equality” based on its score in the CEI national benchmarking survey on corporate policies and practices for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer employees.
“Leidos encourages and celebrates a culture of innovation and high performance through diversity of thought, which is only achieved by embracing all perspectives of our employee population,” said Ann Addison, chief human resources officer at Leidos.
