TYSONS CORNER, VA, Nov. 14, 2017 Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) has rolled out and shipped the first operational unit of its MQ-4C Triton unmanned aircraft system to the U.S. Navy in Point Mogu, California, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.
The company said Friday the UAS will support Navy maritime intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance operations, with another operational Triton potentially ready for delivery by the end of the year.
