TYSONS CORNER, VA, Nov. 9, 2017 Accenture (NYSE: ACN) and Salesforce (NYSE: CRM) have found through a survey that 49 percent of adults in the U.S. prefer to interact with government and access services via websites, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.
The companies jointly commissioned the Governing Institute study, which also reported that 74 percent of people do not or rarely request government services and 61 percent are not aware of a telephone-based or online civic engagement platform in their jurisdictions, Accenture said Tuesday.
