TYSONS CORNER, VA, Nov. 8, 2017 — Systems Planning and Analysis has secured International Organization for Standardization certification for the company’s quality control processes and efforts to address customer satisfaction and work efficiency, ExecutiveBiz reported Oct. 19.
The company said it underwent an independent registration audit on its compliance to the ISO 9001:2015 standard for quality management and will continue to conduct surveillance audits to maintain compliance.
