Greg Godbout, a former Environmental Protection Agency chief technology officer, has joined TechFlow as chief digital officer at the San Diego, California-based technology and professional services contractor.
TechFlow said Wednesday Godbout will oversee the company’s efforts to assist government customers in digital transformation and information technology modernization programs.
He helped EPA migrate to a cloud computing platform, established an agile acquisition program and led the creation of a digital services and product management office at the agency.
Godbout co-founded and served as the first executive director of the General Services Administration‘s 18F digital services organization.
He also led the North American subsidiary of software company cBrain as the unit’s CEO.
