HighPoint Global has acquired Herndon, Virginia-based information technology platforms and services contractor Primescape Solutions for an undisclosed sum in an effort to advance the delivery of citizen experience services to government agencies.
The combined company is projected to record approximately $140 million in annual revenue and will provide CX support services to agencies across various citizen touchpoints such as websites, social media, video, call centers and mobile apps, Indianapolis, Indiana-based HighPoint said Monday.

œImproving service to the citizens is one of the top priorities of the Trump administration, led by the Office of American Innovation, and many of our clients are considering how to best leverage their people, processes and technology to meet these goals, added Shintani, who joined HighPoint in June.
The transaction will combine HighPoint™s contact center optimization, journey mapping, quality assurance and information technology infrastructure support with Primescape™s software development, data management and digital transformation offerings to form a combined entity with more than 90 percent in prime contractor work.
Arena Strategic Advisors LLC and Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP act as HighPoint™s advisers in the acquisition.
Bluestone Capital Partners and Holland & Knight LLP serve as advisers to Primescape Solutions in the transaction.
