TYSONS CORNER, VA, Oct. 16, 2017 General Atomics aims to build on its 2016 acquisition of technical services business Miltec with the increased production of cubesats and other small satellites for defense customers over the next years, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.
Space News reported Thursday the company is growing its investments in the space sector and exploring railguns as the basis of a future design for a large electromagnetic cannon to bring smallsats to orbit.
