TYSONS CORNER, VA, Oct. 11, 2017 General Dynamics (NYSE: GD) has delivered the first of six initial production units of the latest M1A2 Abrams main battle tank with updated electronics, weapons and protection systems to the U.S. Army, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.
The service branch said Monday the M1A2 System Enhancement Package Version 3 vehicles are being manufactured at the Joint Systems Manufacturing Center in Ohio and Anniston Army Depot in Alabama and will replace M1A2 SEPv2.
