TYSONS CORNER, VA, Oct. 11, 2017 A General Atomics business unit will provide spare parts to help sustain the USS Gerald R. Ford aircraft carrier’s Electromagnetic Aircraft Launch System and Advanced Arresting Gear system under a delivery order from the U.S. Navy, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.
The company said MondayGeneral Atomics Electromagnetic Systems will supply an initial set of repair parts for EMALS and AAG as well as spares for the land-based AAG site at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst.
