TYSONS CORNER, VA, Sept. 15, 2017 ” Systems Planning and Analysis has added the 40-year U.S. Air Force veteran and owner of management consulting services company RK Solution Enterprises to the board of directors, GovCon Executive reported Wednesday.
Ronald Keys, a retired Air Force general, has served as commander of Air Combat Command and air component commander for the U.S. Joint Forces Command and is currently a member of the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition™s National Security Advisory Council.
