TYSONS CORNER, VA, Sept. 13, 2017 Orbital ATK (NYSE: OA) has moved forward to the assembly of a satellite servicing vehicle after receiving delivery of payload and platform components as the company aims to launch the mission in late 2018, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.
The Mission Extension Vehicle-1 will work to complete system-level tests in spring next year in preparation for its mission to provide life extension services for Intelsat and other in-orbit commercial satellite servicing support to customers, Orbital ATK said Monday.
