TYSONS CORNER, VA, Sept. 12, 2017 ” A joint venture between Vencore and a Kratos Defense and Security Solutions (Nasdaq: KTOS) subsidiary will design a vehicle-based laser system demonstrator for the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command under a four-phase task order, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.
Kratos said Friday the Vencore-Digital Fusion Solutions JV called QWK Integrated Solutions received the task order under a contract from SMDC and the Army Forces Strategic Command to deliver a High Energy Laser Tactical Vehicle Demonstrator system design.
