TYSONS CORNER, VA, Aug. 29, 2017 An Orbital ATK (NYSE: OA) Minotaur IV launch vehicle sent the U.S. Air Force‘s Operationally Responsive Space-5 satellite to low Earth orbit Saturday as part of the rocket’s debut liftoff from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.
The company said Saturday ORS-5 will work to deliver space situational awareness data to the Joint Space Operations Center to support the operations of the U.S. Strategic Command.
