TYSONS CORNER, VA, Aug. 16, 2017 Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) and its industry partners Battelle, Huntington Ingalls Industries (NYSE: HII) and Riptide have demonstrated several battlespace technologies at a U.S. Navy exercise in collaboration with the Naval Surface Warfare Center – Panama City division, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.
Battelle said Monday the Advanced Naval Technology Exercise held this week featured the team’s Proteus, REMUS and other aerial, surface and underwater vehicles that work to communicate with remote stations to deliver mission information.
