TYSONS CORNER, VA, Aug. 10, 2017 Concurrent Technologies Corp. will lead an open-house event on Aug. 24 for the company-operated Center for Advanced Nuclear Manufacturing in Johnstown, Pennsylvania, in efforts to provide opportunities for collaboration with suppliers in the nuclear power generation sector, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.
“At this open house, visitors will learn more about how their technologies can complement CTCs capabilities, which include additive manufacturing, friction stir welding, prototype development and much more,” CTC President and CEO Ed Sheehan Jr. said in a company press release issued Aug. 3.
Industry leaders and government officials such as the Energy Department‘s Tom Miller will also take part in the U.S. Nuclear Infrastructure Council’s Ready4Nuclear Suppliers Workshop on Aug. 23 to kick-off the launch of CANM.
