TYSONS CORNER, VA, July 3, 2017 ” Lisa Mascolo, managing director for the U.S. federal sector at IBM™s (NYSE: IBM) global business services segment, has said the collaboration between the Department of Veterans Affairs and Defense Department in updating the former’s electronic health records system works to transform services to veterans, ExecutiveGov reported Wednesday.
