TYSONS CORNER, VA, July 3, 2017 ” Seagate Technology (Nasdaq: STX) has hired Kate Schuelke, formerly a senior vice president of Intel‘s (Nasdaq: INTC) Altera subsidiary, to serve in the roles of SVP, chief legal officer and corporate secretary, GovCon Executive reported Friday.
The data storage company said Thursday Schuelke, who was also general counsel and corporate secretary of Altera, will report directly to Seagate Chairman and CEO Steve Luczo and provide leadership over the global security and government relations teams.
