TYSONS CORNER, VA, June 12, 2017 ” Amazon Web Services (Nasdaq: AMZN) has partnered with the Virginia Economic Development Partnership and the state’s Major Employment and Investment Commission in efforts to open a new AWS facility in Fairfax County, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.
The Fairfax County Economic Development Authority said Thursday the future AWS corporate campus at One Dulles Tower in Herndon is anticipated to bring approximately 1,500 new jobs to the region and bring incentives to the company under a custom performance state grant.
