TYSONS CORNER, VA, June 2, 2017 IBM (NYSE: IBM) has entered into a partnership with Cisco (Nasdaq: CSCO) for threat intelligence collaboration and the integration of their cybersecurity technologies, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.
IBM Security‘s X-Force will work with Cisco’s Talos security research team in efforts to protect customers’ networks, endpoints and cloud infrastructure from cyber threats, IBM said Wednesday.
The companies will utilize technologies such as IBM’s QRadar security analytics platform, Cognitive Security Operations Platform and Resilient Incident Response Platform as well as Cisco’s Next-Generation Firewall, Next-Generation Intrusion Protection System and Threat Grid.
