TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 22, 2017 Rebecca Cowen-Hirsch, senior vice president for government strategy and policy at Inmarsat, has called the launch of the Boeing-built (NYSE: BA) Inmarsat-5 F4 satellite last week works to support the company’s resilience efforts, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.
She wrote in a blog post published Thursday that the satellite is part of Inmarsat’s Global Xpress satellite communications network and serves to establish “in-orbit redundancy” for service reliability.
