TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 12, 2017 ” James Reagan, chief financial officer of Leidos (NYSE: LDOS), has expressed a positive outlook regarding federal spending following the approval of the $1 trillion fiscal 2017 omnibus budget, which includes a $21 billion increase for defense, ExecutiveBiz reported Thursday.
