TYSONS CORNER, VA, April 27, 2017 Julie Gravallese, a vice president and chief human resources officer at Mitre, has said annual dialogues with employees to engage and help advance their career development is part of the nonprofit’s strategy to support the workforce, GovCon Executive reported Wednesday.
The Society for Human Resource Management reported Tuesday Gravallese spoke before the HR People+Strategy Conference about Mitre’s Careers in Motion program and mid-year CLEAR Conversations with each employee to discuss career goals.
