TYSONS CORNER, VA, April 11, 2017 CenturyLink (NYSE: CTL) has secured a potential $6 million contract from the General Services Administration for hosted contact center and voice over internet protocol services to the Federal Acquisition Service, ExecutiveBiz reported Monday.
The company said Monday the contract awarded through the IT Schedule 70 vehicle covers support for the FAS voice system that handles an estimated 800,000 inbound and outbound calls per year.
