Eight companies have won positions on a potential five-year, $495.7 million contract to provide support services for a range of U.S. Army programs and systems.
The Defense Departmentsaid Monday task orders encompass project, program and portfolio management; financial management; life cycle logistics; systems engineering; business analytics; modeling and simulation management; test and evaluation; information technology; facilitation, education and training; and physical security operations services.
The Army Contracting Command received 23 proposals for the firm-fixed-price contract via the internet and will determine work locations and obligate funds with each order.
DoD expects contract work to finish April 15, 2022.
