Joe Donohue, formerly chief financial officer and chief compliance officer of Agilex Technologies, has taken the CFO position at DLT Solutions as Craig Adler moves on to serve on the board of directors and head the audit committee.
DLT said Thursday the new CFO brings nearly 30 years of professional experience and is in charge of its accounting, finance and order management functions.
“[His] expertise will add valuable experience to our management team, guiding us forward on our unique and growing portfolio as we look to reach our next goal,” said Alan Marc Smith, president and CEO of DLT and an inductee into Executive Mosaic’s Wash100 for 2017.
Donohue was part of the team at Agilex that worked on its acquisition by Accenture‘s federal services business.
He has worked at Northrop Grumman‘s (NYSE: NOC) information technology unit as head of the maintenance, support, training and quality assurance practice and earned his MBA in finance at George Washington University.
