TYSONS CORNER, VA, Feb. 14, 2017 Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) will provide military veterans and transitioning service members training on cybersecurity topics such as cryptology, risk identification, access controls and incident response through the Microsoft Software & Systems Academy, GovCon Executive reported Monday.
Chris Cortez, vice president of military affairs at Microsoft, said the Cybersecurity Administration learning program will seek to address the demand for cybersecurity professionals and provide military personnel an opportunity to pursue a career in technology.
