TYSONS CORNER, VA, Jan. 27, 2017 Joe Kopfman, American Systems‘ chief compliance officer and executive vice president for contracts and administration, has stated that the company will work to drive growth through its business development and mergers and acquisitions initiatives.
The company’s business development efforts will target large prime opportunities that will work to allow the company to provide services that address client challenges, Kopfman said in an interview with ExecutiveBiz published Tuesday.
He added that potential M&A pursuits will aim to expand American Systems’ depth of capability and customer base.
